Shipping & delivery

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as it ships.

Delivery time
United States: 5–9 days. France and the European Union: under 10 days.

Rates

• United States: free shipping on every order.
• France and European Union: €4.90 for orders under €45, free from €45.

Multiple packages
If your order contains several relics, they may arrive in separate packages a few days apart. Each package has its own tracking. For Christmas delivery in the US, order by December 10.

Lost, stolen or damaged in transit
Email contact@minerelics.com with your order number. We open a carrier investigation and reship or refund once it closes, usually within 15 days. A relic that arrives broken is covered by the 90-day guarantee.
