30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused relic in its original packaging, no reason needed. Email contact@minerelics.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address.
Returning items
- Return postage is paid by you, with a tracked service. Keep the receipt.
- Relics must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, using the payment method from your order.
Relic broken or not working?
That's covered by our 90-day guarantee: send a short video and your order number and a replacement ships within 48 hours. Nothing to send back.
