Relic broken or not working?
Don't return it. Our 90-day guarantee applies (/pages/garantie): send a short video and your order number, and a new one ships within 48 hours.
Changed your mind? 30 days to return
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused relic in its original packaging. Email contact@minerelics.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address in France.
How returns work
- Return postage is paid by you, with a tracked service. Keep the receipt.
- Relics must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
- If your order included free relics (Relic Potion™, Relic Compass™), return them with the lanterns if the offer no longer applies. Otherwise their regular price is deducted from the refund.
- Priority Protection is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Refunds
We refund the item price within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method used for the order. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
EU customers
Your legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full and is not reduced by the above.
