Terms of sale

These terms govern sales made on minerelics.com by MineRelics, 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France, contact@minerelics.com.

1. Products
MineRelics relics are light-up décor pieces inspired by the world of pixel games. They are unofficial, fan-made creations: MineRelics is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Photos are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.

2. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars or euros depending on your country, excluding shipping, which is shown before you confirm your order. Sales tax, duties or import fees may apply depending on your location. Offers (free relics, Gift Set discounts) apply automatically in the cart under the conditions shown on the site, once per order.

3. Orders and payment
Your order is final once payment is confirmed. Payment is made by card or the other methods offered at checkout, through secure providers. A confirmation is sent by email.

4. Shipping
We ship to the United States, France and the European Union, delivered in under 10 days with tracking. An order may arrive in several packages. Rates are detailed on the Shipping & delivery page (/pages/livraison).

5. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, as described on the Refunds & returns page (/pages/remboursement).

6. Legal warranties
All products are covered by the legal warranties that apply in your country. For EU customers, this includes the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

7. 90-day guarantee
On top of legal warranties, MineRelics replaces free of charge any relic that arrives broken or stops working within 90 days of delivery, just by sending a short video of the problem and your order number. Details on the 90-day guarantee page (/pages/garantie).

8. Liability
Products must be used according to their instructions, with a suitable charger. Products contain a battery and small parts: they are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3.

10. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the customer's country of residence. If there's a problem, please contact us first at contact@minerelics.com.
